Transcripts

Most college applications ask for self-reported or unofficial transcripts when applying. Unofficial transcripts needed for college applications and scholarships can be downloaded/printed by the student by logging into their Xello account (under Plans and College Planning) 

How to Send Unofficial Transcript in Xello:

1. Open your College, Career & Life Ready class and log into Xello.
2. Hover over Plans and click College Planning from the drop down.
3. Under College applications, click View my applications.
4. On the College Applications page, under Transcript, click on your transcript to open. Download and save your transcript to use on your applications.

• All Final Transcripts must be official and requested through Xello at the end of your senior year.
• Students needing to send an official transcript for college applications and scholarships must request it through their Xello account (under Plans and College Planning) 
• There is no cost to current students. 

How to Send an Official Transcript

1. Go to your College, Career & Life Ready class and log into Xello 
2. Hover over on Plans and click on College Planning.
3. Click on Create New Application.
4. If your college does not automatically show on your saved colleges list, use the search bar to find your college and save it.
5. Enter in an Application Method, Admission Type as Regular decision, and Application Deadline if you know it or just enter the next day. Then, click on Create.  How you answer these questions does not affect your ability to request a transcript. 
6. Go to Application Checklist. On Transcript, click on Request. 
7. Click on the type of request and hit Send Request. 
8. Choose Initial for college applications and Final for post-graduation. 
9. This will send a request to Student Services, who will send your transcript to the college within several days. If you want to track your transcript’s progress, click on “Track transcript”

Students need to send their transcript from the college they earned the DE credit from (e.g. NTC, UW-Green Bay, St. Norbert, Nicolet) to try to earn transferable college credit for their major/program. A DCE transcript will not suffice.

Students can send one AP score report for free, each year, if they do it before the designated date which is often in mid to late June. Seniors especially are encouraged to send their AP score reports to try to earn college credit for the AP scores.
