There will be a UW-Eau Claire campus tour for anyone who is interested in learning more about the college. The college visit will be on Thursday, October 8th and it will be all day. To register, scan the QR code located on the UWEC posters around the SRH. Only the first 30 and those with their permission form complete will be able to attend. Stop down to Student Services with any questions.
Calling all backstage stars! Students in grades 6–12 can now apply to be part of the crew for Frozen! Crew members help bring the magic of the show to life through stage crew, lights, sound, projections, hair and makeup, and more. Visit the DC Everest Performing Arts Canvas page for more information and to apply! Information on how to join the Performing Arts Canvas page can be found on posters outside the choir and band rooms at your school.
Don't forget to vote if you want a say in which board game your class represents in hallway decorating for Homecoming. Voting ends today at noon. Remember- best hallway earns points for class competitions.
Seniors: Don't forget to complete the Homecoming Court form that was sent earlier this week! Deadline is Wednesday, September 16th.
Today, September 11th marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, a day that changed our country and impacted countless lives.
- Take a moment to remember the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives, the families and communities who were forever changed, and the first responders and everyday heroes who showed extraordinary courage and selflessness.
- For many of you, September 11 is something you have learned about in history rather than experienced firsthand. Take a moment tomorrow to reflect on the importance of remembering our history, appreciating those who serve and protect others, and caring for the people around us.

Fishing Team will meet today during ELT in Mr. Zeinert's room, room 345. Any student with an interest in fishing is welcome to attend as we will be discussing upcoming events and opportunities, and you might just win some fishing lures or equipment - we hope to see you there!

Are you interested in helping people? Making Wausau A Home is looking for volunteers to help with a family picnic sponsored by New Beginnings of Wausau. There will be many different activities and opportunities for you to help with refugee families in the Wausau area throughout the year. Please come to the informational meeting on Wednesday, September 9th during elt. In room 206. Hope to see you there!

Whether you enjoy board games, card games, role-playing games, or are completely new to gaming, everyone is welcome. Come and learn new games and meet new friends! This week's CarryTheE Athletes of the week are - Brooke Johnson and Luke Auner
- Brooke recorded 16 kills in the volleyball teams conference opener versus SPASH, she also ended the match with an Ace.
- Luke scored three goals last week, including two versus Bay Port in the soccer team's 3-0 shutout victory.
